Q. Will there be door sales on the day?
A. Yes there will be $10 GA or $25 Family pass for 4 (Cash & Eftpos)
Q. If I purchased a ticket online do I need to print it?
A. No as long as you can show us the QR code on your phone. (save the planet and don’t print)
Q. I purchased tickets online but haven’t received anything?
A. Some emails end up in the spam folder or if you use gmail in the promotions folder, please check and if it’s not there contact us.
Q. Where can I find the schedule of Speakers & Musicians?
Q. Do we have to pay extra for the speakers?
A. No it’s all included with your GA ticket.
Q. Can we bring dogs?
A. Unfortunately the venue has a no dog policy!
Q. Is there plenty of parking?
A. Yes we have 2 car parks available Car Park A entry from Greenlane West and Car Park B entry is from Campbell Cres. See this map.
Q. Does the event ticket include food?
A. No, but some vendors will be sampling their food and if you purchase a ticket online you will be in the draw to win $200 worth of food from different vendors! ( money from ticket sales helps us cover cost of the event only).
Q. Will there be cash out option at the event?
A. Yes there is an ATM by main entrance and there will be cash out vendors in the venue.
Q. Do you have media passes?
A. Yes, please get in touch by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What time does the event start and finish?
A. Event starts at 10am people usually start lining up at 9.30am and it finishes at 5.00pm.
Q. Is there public transport close to this event?
A. Yes, we understand lots of our attendees travel from other cities or fly in. There is public transport through Greenlane Train Station or Great South Rd and buses run from City or Airport to Manukau Rd. (you could also post a note in our carpooling forum in your region)
